Aqua One - Lights..... 6 months
This appliance is covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for 6 months upon date of original purchase. The warranty is void if the product is misused, abused or tampered with. Defective appliances returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced if deemed defective. Please keep your proof of purchase for the warranty. Please return the unit with proof of purchase to your local dealer.
The warranty is limited to Aqua One products only. Any injury to persons or property due to improper use of the appliance will not be covered under warranty.

Bianco Pumpz (BIA-JH400, JH550, JH900, JH550B, JH750B, Q550B) 12 months warranty

White International P/L warrants that the pumps that we distribute, are free from defects in workmanship and materials, for 12 months from the date of purchase. Subject to the conditions of the warranty White International will repair any defective products free of charge at the premises of our authorised service agents throughout Australia and New Zealand.

This warranty excludes transportation costs to and from White International or its appointed service agents and excludes defects due to non-compliance with installation instructions, neglect or misuse, inadequate protection against freezing, low voltage or use or operation for purposes other than those for which they were designed. The 12 months warranty refers to all BIANCO Pumpz sold after the 1st May 2003, and is not transferable to another BIANCO pump and only applies to the original owner, purchaser or end user, and is subject to the Trade Practices Act and Goods and consumer Protection legislation of the various states and New Zealand.

Clear Water Guarantee
The Clearwater guarantees will be honoured for 1 year after proof of purchase. Clearwater is guaranteed to the depth of 1M, so that fish are clearly visible.

This product is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase, under normal usage. Liability is limited to replacement of the faulty product only; no other costs will be reimbursed. This guarantee is not transferable and does not affect your statutory rights. This guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressly set out above. Excludes impeller, which may require replacing annually. If any parts need replacing, spares are available from your retailer.

Declaration of Conformity: The company DAB Pumps s.p.a - via M. Polo, 14 - Mestrino (PD) - Italy, declares under its own responsibility that the above mentioned products comply with: Council directive number 98/37/CE et ses modifications. Directive on electromagnetic compatibility no. 89/336 and subsequent modifications. Directive on low voltage no. 73/23 and subsequent modifications.

The 2 Year warranty refers to all DAB pumps and pressure systems sold after the 1st October 1995, and is not transferable to another DAB pump and only applies to the original owner, purchaser or end user, and is subject to the Trade Practices Act and Goods and Consumer Protection legislation of the various states.

Our warranty commences from the date of purchase of the above mentioned pumps. Proof of purchase is required before consideration under warranty is given.

This product is guaranteed for a period of 24 months (SUB 200 + SUB 300 are guaranteed for 12 months). The guarantee covers exclusively material and manufacturing faults. Damage which occurs because of misuse or from not following the instructions are not covered by guarantee.

With this product we offer you a guarantee of 3 years from the date of purchase on materials and manufacturing faults. This unit has been manufactured according to the IEC EN 60 335-2-41, safety standards, using high quality materials and the most accurate manufacturing processes to grant the highest satisfaction and long lasting. This guarantee does not cover any mishandling, damage or technical modification to the unit. No replacement will be given for units that have not been properly maintained. The guarantee will be honoured only if the unit is returned in its whole and together with the receipt or proof of purchase. In the case of returning under guarantee, please return it accompanied by this certificate of guarantee and the proof of purchase to your supplier. We do reserve the right to repair or replace. The guarantee does not cover cases of damages that may result from misuse, tampering and negligence or from not observing of the safety warnings. This guarantee does not cover parts subjected to natural wearing and tear (i.e. rotors)

This product, excluding the UV lamp is guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase subject to proof of purchase date. UV lamps are guaranteed for 6 months only. The guarantee is limited to replacement. The guarantee is limited to replacement of the product arising from faulty materials or manufacture. The guarantee excludes claims arising from frost, accidental damage or loss of fish. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Clear Water Guarantee: Provided that the filter is operated in accordance with the recommendations in these instructions, PET MATE LTD guarantee you will obtain clear water visibly free from suspended algae.

Pet Mate Ltd guarantee your purchase for a period of three years from date of purchase against any defect arising due to faulty materials or manufacture subject to proof of purchase date. Accordingly any defect will be repaired free of charge provided that the defect has not been caused by neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

FLOJET warrants this product to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one year after purchase by the customer from FLOJET. During this one year warranty period, FLOJET at its option , at no charge to the customer, repair or replace this product if found defective, with a new or reconditioned product, but not to include costs or removal or installation. No product will be accepted for return without a return material authorization number. All return goods must be shipped with transportation charges prepaid. this is only a summary of our Limited Warranty. For a copy of our complete warranty, please request Form No. 100-101.

HPM Transformers are warranted as here and after appears, against faulty material and or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The obligation of the manufacturer under this warranty is limited to replacing the unit when it is returned to HPM Industries, or the distributors in your state, freight prepaid. To obtain warranty repair, the purchase receipt should be returned with the product. This warranty becomes void on any unit which has been tampered with or damaged by accident, short-circuited, loaded beyond rating or damaged otherwise by improper operation. This guarantee is in addition to any guarantees implied by State or Federal legislation.

HPM Automatic Sunset Timers are warranted as here and often appears, against faulty material and or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The obligation of the manufacturer, under this warranty, is limited to servicing and replacing defective parts when the unit is returned to HPM Industries or the distributors in your state or country, freight pre paid. To obtain warranty repair, the purchase receipt should be returned with the product. This warranty becomes void on any unit that has been tampered with or damaged by accident, short circuited , loaded beyond rating or damaged otherwise by improper operation. This guarantee is in addition to any guarantees implied by State or Federal legislation.

Your Hurlcon Waterfall has been manufactured to the highest of standards and each individual waterfall has been wet tested to ensure correct performance and reliability. The Hurlcon Waterfall is covered by a limited 12 month warranty from the date of purchase plus 30 days to all for installation. The warranty includes the rectification of any defects in materials or faulty workmanship. It excludes any repairs required to surroundings and supporting structures. The warranty is only considered valid if the installer visually inspects the product prior to installation and deems it to be of a satisfactory condition for installation. Hurlcon assumes no liability for consequential damages of any kind.

The warranty shall not apply and is not limited to, any parts or materials which have been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse whether intentional or by accident. Hurlcon shall not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages of any kind whatsoever. The warranty shall applied only to waterfalls installed where the water is filtered and sanitized.

This device is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the day of purchase, against defects in material or manufacturing defects. Our guarantee does not apply to claims the cause of which is due to installation and operation faults, lack of maintenance, misuse of the appliance, effects of front, furring and lime deposits or amateur attempts at repair work. The consumable materials and the parts subjected to wear and tear, that must be periodically replaced for normal maintenance of the device and not included in our guarantee. The certificate of guarantee must be completed by the retailer and is to be sent with the appliance in case of return together with the purchase receipt recording the day of purchase.

Every Cal Product is tested before shipment and when properly used and maintained will provide years of satisfaction. In the unlikely event that our material or workmanship should prove defective within the warranty period, return the pump along with poof of purchase to the original dealer for inspection and replacement if needed. If you prefer the product may be returned directly to Cal Pump for repairs or replacement. Be sure to include your name and address, proof of purchase and reason for return. All pumps must be returned freight paid. Warranty does not cover any costs associated with the installation or removal of products subject to warranty claims. This limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is void if any of the following apply:

All implied warranties including the implied warranty of merchantability are limited in duration to the same extent as the express warranty as allowed by the state law. The guarantee excludes strainer, sponge and wearing parts. The certificate of guarantee has to be completed by the retailer and must be sent with the appliance in case of return for repair, together with the purchase receipt with date of purchase on it. The guarantee consists in the free replacement of defective parts. The purchaser must pay for sending and returning the unit. The guarantee is not valid if the defects are caused by tampering, negligence or misuse of the appliance. No responsibility is assumed for indirect damage that may result from the use of this appliance.

The device is guaranteed for a period of 36 months (the impeller for 12 months) from the date of purchase, against defects in material and/or workmanship. The product is guaranteed against manufactured defect for 12 months (the importer has added an additional 12 months) from date of purchase.

In the unlikely event of a fault the unit should be returned within 2 years of purchase together with a sales receipt. It is important that the unit should not have been tampered with, but should be returned to the supplier.

Please note, the guarantee is not valid if the defects are caused by tampering, negligence, misuse, or not observing the safety warnings. No responsibility is assumed for indirect damage that may result from the use of this appliance.

Clearwater guarantee ...(Bioforce & matching pump) This guarantee runs for 12 months after purchase, provided that:
You have followed the installation and operating instructions
You are using the equipment of the correct size, according to the pond sizing chart
You consult the Hozelock help line early enough for any problems to be put right.
The product being returned undamaged
A refund can only be authorised by Hozelock and is made at the place of purchase.

Your Little Giant product is guaranteed to be in perfect condition when it leaves our factory. It is warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months. Any product that should fail for either of the above two reasons and is still within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at the option of Little Giant as the sole remedy of the buyer. Please return the defective unit to any authorised distributor or dealer with a brief written explanation of the problem. If there are no signs of customer abuse the unit will be repaired or replaced. The pumps are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years from date of purchase, under normal usage. Laguna pumps will be repaired or replaced at manufacturer's discretion, free of charge. This warranty does not apply to any Laguna pump which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, tampering or accidental damage to the impeller or impeller shaft. No liability is assumed with respect to loss or damage to livestock or personal property irrespective of the cause thereof. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. Failure caused by misuse is not covered by this warranty.

The UV Sterilizer/Clarifier is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase, under normal usage. The unit will be repaired or replaced at manufacturer's discretion, free of charge. This warranty does not apply to any unit that has been subjected to misuse, negligence, tampering or accidental damage. No liability is assumed with respect to loss or damage to livestock or personal property irrespective of the cause thereof. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. Failure caused by misuse is not covered by this warranty. The UV bulb is not covered by this warranty.

Pumps: For this OASE equipment we grant a guarantee of **** years. The guarantee begins from the day when the equipment is sold or before, when it is operated for the first time. This document is valid only on presentation of the receipt or invoice.
Our guarantee covers faults in material or defects of fabrication. Our guarantee does not apply to claims of which the cause is due to installation and operation faults as well as the lack of maintenance, effects of frost, furring or inexpert attempts to repair, as well as to all damages due to wear and tear on parts subject to wear. In our fabrication first quality materials is worked. If nevertheless, the unit should give reason for a justified complaint, then you have after our choice a claim for the retouching or replacement of the defective parts free of charge. Repair work under guarantee will only be performed by our house (Oase) or a firm duly authorized by us.

This product is under guarantee for a period of three years from the date of purchase, from parts and manufacturing faults. Warranty does not cover wearing parts. Filters, pump rotors and the spotlights lamp are covered for one year warranty. The certificate of guarantee must be filled out in full by the retailer and should be sent with the apparatus in the event of repairs, along with the receipt or equivalent. The warranty covers replacement of faulty parts. In the event of improper use, bad handling or negligence by the owner, user or retailer, the warranty becomes automatically null and void. Furthermore, the warranty is invalid if there is no receipt or equivalent. Postage costs are at the buyer's expense.

This Pond Liner is guaranteed against any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten years from date of purchase. This guarantee covers the use for ponds, lakes and reservoirs. The guarantee shall not apply to physical damage from stretching, puncturing or incorrect installation or contact with acids or chemicals. This guarantee does not cover failure from physical force inflicted, sharp objects or positioning near plants with invasive root systems. Under the guarantee the company will either repair the liner or replace it, at the company's option on event if a claim is made. The guarantee does not cover the cost of installation or removal of the liner, replacement of fish, plants or landscape restoration etc. The company will not accept any additional claims of consequential loss. Claims against warranty are only valid with evidence of proof of purchase and completed warranty certificate.

This product has a 2 year manufacturers warranty against mechanical or material defects. The warranty may be void if damage is done to the product from abuse or negligence. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact your supplier with the original receipt or repair or exchange. The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any damages caused by defective components or materials, or for loss incurred because of interruption of service or any consequential, or incidental damages or expenses arising from the manufacture, sale, use or misuse of this product. The manufacturer shall not be held liable for any loss of fish, plants, or other livestock as a result of any defect or failure of this product.

This product will last for many years under normal usage the Guarantee commences from the day of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase when you submit your equipment for repair under guarantee.

The benefits given to the purchaser by the manufacturers guarantee are in addition to all other rights and remedies which the purchases has in respect of the equipment under the legislation of the appropriate country of purchase.

Your 2 year guarantee can be extended by a further 1 year upon registration with the distributor. This can be done online at the address below or by completing the extended guarantee registration card and returning by post to the address of your country of purchase.

2. You must provide proof of purchase when you submit your equipment for repair under guarantee.

3. This guarantee extends only to defects occurring in materials or workmanship under normal use of the equipment when operated in accordance with the supplied instructions.

4. Replacement equipment is guaranteed for the remainder of the original manufacturer's guarantee period.

b. Service costs arising from failure to correctly adjust the controls of the product or to clean the air lines, air filters, air stones or failure to observe the manufacturer's instructions or inspections that reveal that the equipment is in normal working order.

c. Equipment failures caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, repairs or modification by unauthorised persons, lightning strikes, mains voltage fluctuation, earthquakes, vermin infestation or liquid spillage.

e. In no event will the manufacturer or distributor of that country be liable for any consequential or incidental damage including, but not limited to loss of livestock, property damage, damage to equipment, appliances, furnishings, loss of life, personal injury, lost profits or wages arising from the use of this product or from failure of this product.

5. It is recommended that all equipment subject to claim should be prepared for transportation in its original packaging or other suitable packaging which offers the same degree of protection.

TWO YEAR WARRANTY
REDARC Electronics warrants to the original purchaser that the product(s) on the reverse side of this sheet ("Product") will be free, under normal use and maintenance, from defects in material and workmanship for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions shown below.

1. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in this warranty, Redarc Electronics will at its sole discretion either replace or repair any of the Product that is defective in material or workmanship within the above mentioned period _without charge to the original purchaser.

2. Other Warranty

Subject to any terms implied by law, this warranty contains the whole of the Redarc Electronics' obligations and any distributor and the agents, officers and employees of such distributor and of Redarc Electronics are not authorised to vary or extend the terms of the warranty. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to the conditions and warranties implied by applicable legislation conferring rights upon consumers, which apply only to the extent to which they may not by law be excluded.

3. Exclusions

This warranty shall not apply to, or include, any of the following:

3.1 Any defect or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, movement of the Product to a new site, negligence, nonobservance of any of the instructions supplied with the Product including the instructions on the reverse side of this sheet ("Operating Instructions") or local regulations on the part of any user, choice of location, improper installation, configuration or connection, or faulty power supply.

3.2 If the Product is installed, repaired or serviced by a person who is not a qualified auto electrician or electronics technician, or if non-approved parts have been fitted.

3.3 Failure to obtain proper maintenance for the Product or any associated equipment or machinery. 3.4 Failure to pay for the products in full or comply with Redarc Electronics' Trading Terms.

3.5 If the Product is used other than for any reasonable purpose for which it was manufactured, or is used in a way not specified by Redarc Electronics.

3.6 If the original purchaser sells, leases or otherwise parts with possession of the Product.

3.7 Deterioration due to normal use and exposure, including abnormal environmental conditions such as lightning strike, flood and extreme heat.

3.8 Any freight, packing and insurance expenses relating to transportation of the Product. 3.9 Any expenses relating to installation and/or removal of the Product. 3.10 Any damage, indirect or incidental, of whatever nature.

4. Limitations

4.1 Redarc Electronics is not liable for any consequential, indirect or accidental loss or damage or for any service not expressly provided herein (including without limitation liability for any loss or damage caused by a fault in the Product or its external wiring connections) and the liability of Redarc Electronics under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective material or workmanship by a qualified auto electrician or electronics technician, provided such person and work is approved by Redarc prior to commencement. Subject to clause 2, Redarc Electronics is hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law from all other liability in respect of the Product.

4.2 While Redarc Electronics warrants, where applicable, that the Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use at the time of delivery, Redarc Electronics does not warrant that the Product will meet any user specific requirements or that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Owner's Responsibilities

5.1 Maintenance of the Product and associated equipment and/or machinery is the responsibility of the owner. The owner must retain evidence that proper maintenance has been performed on the Product by Redarc Electronics or a qualified auto electrician or electronics technician. Claims made during the warranty term will not be accepted if resulting from lack of maintenance rather than faulty material or workmanship.

5.2 The owner must operate the Product in accordance with all of the Operating Instructions.

5.3 Upon discovery of a fault the owner must return the Product to the distributor with full details of the nature of the fault. Removal of the Product must be done by a qualified auto electrician or electronics technician to ensure that the warranty remains valid. A written report describing the circumstances of failure must accompany the returned Product with proof of purchase which clearly shows the date of such purchase by the original purchaser.

5.4 If the Product is found to be working satisfactorily on return to Redarc Electronics a reasonable charge will be made for the cost of testing, packing and freight. The Product will be returned on receipt of the amount charged.

Shurflo

Shurflo warrants its 100 Series pumps to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use, or a period of one (1) year from the date of manufacture, or one (1) year of use, with proof of purchase .Under no circumstances will the items of the limited warranty extend beyond two (2) years of manufacture date.

The limited warranty will not apply to pumps that were improperly installed, misapplied, or are incompatible with fluids or components not manufactured by Shurflo. Pump failure due to foreign debris is not covered under the terms of this limited warranty. Shurflo will not warrant any pump that is physically damaged, or altered outside the Shurflo factory.

Warranty claims may be resolved by an authorized dealer service centre, or by a Shurflo service centre. Returns are to be shipped postage prepaid. Shurflo will not be liable for freight damage incurred during shipping. Package returns carefully.

No credit or labour allowances will be allowed for items returned as defective. Shurflo's obligation under this warranty policy is limited to the repair of replacement of the pump. All returns will be tested per Shurflo factory criteria. Warranty replacements will be shipped freight prepaid. Shurflo reserves the right to choose the method of transportation.

The limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and no other person is authorized to give any other warranty or assume obligation or liability on Shurflo's behalf shall not be liable for any labour, damage or other expense, nor shall Shurflo be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind incurred by of the use or sale of any defective product or part. Authorized Shurflo distributors (ASD) have the right to their own return/freight policies. Consult with the local ASD for their specific procedures. This limited warranty covers Marine products distributed within the United States of America. Other world market areas should consult with the distributor for any deviation from document.

If within 24 months from the date of purchase the product fails do to a defect in material of workmanship Solar Trend will replace or repair it free of charge. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, poor handling, frost or normal wear and tear, products that have been subject to unauthorized repair or modification, or the batteries used in this product.

General Guarantee Conditions:
1. All claims for guarantee service should be made to the place of purchase.

2. You must provide proof of purchase when you submit your equipment for repair under guarantee.

3. This guarantee extends only to defects occurring in materials or workmanship under normal use of the equipment when operated in accordance with the supplied instructions.

4. Replacement equipment is guaranteed for the remainder of the original manufacturer's guarantee period.

Guarantee does not cover:
a. Cost of freight, postage or the cost of insurance.

b. Service costs arising from failure to correctly adjust the controls of the product or to clean the hoses, filter media, impellers, pump heads, failure to observe the manufacturer' s instructions or inspections that reveal that the equipment is in normal working order.

d. Consumables, such as filter cartridges, filter media, sponges, wool, light tubes lamps, bulbs or starters.

f. In no event will the manufacturer or distributor of that country be liable for any consequential or incidental damage including, but not limited to loss of livestock, property damage, damage to equipment, appliances or furnishings arising from the use of this product or from failure of this product.

h. It is recommended that all equipment subject to claim should be prepared for transportation in its original packaging or other suitable packaging which offers the same degree of protection.

The guarantee is valid for two years, calculated from the day of purchase (proof of purchase). It includes and is limited to free repair of faults which can be proved to be due to the use of inferior materials in the manufacture or assembly faults or replacement free of charge of the defective parts. False use or operation as well as assembly or repair not mentioned in our operating instructions which are carried out independently render the guarantee null and void. Parts subject to wear and tear are also excluded from the guarantee. Our decision on all matters relating to the guarantee shall be final.
