A perfect small pond / pool vacuum cleaner, up to about
1,000 litres

Removes dirt and rotting leaves from pond or pool, can be
used to empty a pond or pool.
When used for cleaning, simply attach a garden hose to the
Turbo-Vac, a venturi inside the head sucks dirt and debris into the
sock, while the water passes through.. Once finished simply wash the sock for reuse. (Replacement socks
available, but one sock should last 12 months. |

The difference between
the hose driven model and the electric model is that the garden
hose is replaced by a hose attached to a submersible pump. Pump hose
and all fittings included.
The benefits of the electric version are
a) Water is not added to the pond, so over filling is not a problem
b) chlorine is not added from the tap water.
c) Because the the electric
pump is stronger garden tap flow, the time taken to clean the
pond is reduced.
Included:
Turbo-Vac with mesh bag,
telescoping handle, (pond net with the
Maintenance Kit models) 1,500 lph electric
submersible pump, quick connect hose fitting to vac and 2m spiral hose
between pump and vac head, two hose clamps.
Special note:
The electric pump must not be used to drain a pond or used to
directly send sludge and pond water outside the pond using the motor.
Only by using a garden hose as a manual unit. |
