Order Delivery - Within Australia**

Pumps, filters and accessories are normally in stock ready to be shipped
the same day, providing the order is received prior to 2.00 pm (S.A. time).
However, if we are out of stock of one or more items, in this case we will contact you and advise what delay can be
expected. Pond liner
that is
not pre-packaged (i.e. cut off the roll) does present a slightly longer
delay of about 2 -3 days to allow for cutting plus travel time.
Due to our space constraints in Adelaide we ask the importer in
Melbourne to ship pond liner direct to our customers. If an order is for
both hardware and pond liner we will ship the hardware from Adelaide with a
separate delivery of the pond liner.

- When calculating delivery days
please do not include the
day the order is shipped as a travel day. Examples ….
A) AN ORDER PLACED PRIOR TO 2 PM on say a
Monday, would be picked up that day. So the travel days would begin on
Tuesday
B) AN ORDER PLACED AFTER 2 PM on say,
Monday would be picked up on Tuesday. So the travel days would begin on
Wednesday.
In other words an order placed on between Monday after 2 PM and Tuesday
prior to 2 PM will be shipped Tuesday afternoon, hence Wednesday would be
the first travel day.
Special
note....We are quoting
delivery times based on the expectations of our delivery vendors (Fastway
Express, Toll-Priority and Australia Post etc). While in normal conditions
these carriers deliver as indicated, sometimes deliveries are delayed for a
variety of situations and conditions experienced by these carriers and are
beyond our control.
Once equipment is in the hands of the
chosen carrier, we are of course powerless to control delivery, all we
can do is to prompt them into action. We therefore ask for your
understanding when on the odd occasion a delivery is late in arriving.
